Refund policy

Each Beaded Sunrays piece is handmade with care using a mix of upcycled and unique materials, making every item one of a kind. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make things right.
